Welcome to teenyme, operated by FormYug Technologies. By accessing our platform, uploading photos, or purchasing physical products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

teenyme is an AI-powered 3D printing service enabling users to create custom figurines. You must be 18 years or older, or have parental supervision, to use our paid services.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading a photograph, you warrant that you are the copyright holder or have explicit permission to use the subject's likeness. teenyme does not claim permanent ownership over your digital images; however, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process and render the image solely for fulfilling your order (digital or physical).

Once you complete payment for an HD download or a physical product, you receive full commercial usage rights to the specific generated asset created for that order. You are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes.

You agree not to upload any illicit, non-consensual, explicit, or copyright-infringing content. teenyme reserves the right to cancel and report orders violating this clause.

3. Physical Product Expectations

3D rendering involves physical material constraints. While our algorithms are state-of-the-art, small details (e.g., loose hair, very thin accessories) may be thickened or omitted to prevent physical breakage.

4. Limitation of Liability

FormYug Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
