1. Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all premium teenyme orders across India. For expedited processing and express shipping routes, additional charges may apply and will be calculated dynamically at checkout.
2. Production Time
Because each teenyme is fully customized and 3D printed specifically for you, production typically takes 2–3 business days. During periods of extremely high demand, this may fluctuate. You will be notified in real-time of your manufacturing stage.
3. Shipping to Remote Locations
While we cover 99% of India, deliveries to extremely remote areas or certain union territories may require an additional 2-4 business days. You will be informed immediately if your PIN code involves extended transit times.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
In the rare event of a logistics anomaly, if you do not receive your tracking update or package within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a VIP investigation with our shipping partner and ensure you are compensated or a replacement is manufactured and expedited independently.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout or multiple failed delivery attempts, standard re-routing and re-shipping fees will apply. We urge you to double-check delivery information upon purchase.
