At teenyme (operated by FormYug Technologies), we recognize the highly sensitive nature of the photographs you upload to our platform. We deploy bank-grade security and are unequivocally committed to protecting your privacy and biometric data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

1. Data We Collect

When you use the teenyme platform, we collect:

• Biometric Data (Photos): Uploaded images exclusively used for the generation of your 3D model.
• Personal Information: Name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number required for e-commerce fulfillment.
• Payment Information: Processed fully by our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). We never store your card details natively on our servers.

2. How We Use the Data

Your photos are processed by our proprietary AI to construct your 3D digital model. The generated 3D files are transmitted securely to our SLS 3D printers. Your photos are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of upload, ensuring your data is not stored long-term. The teenyme artwork generated from your photo is kept for as long as you have it in your collection, so you can reorder or replace a figurine — but the original photograph is not.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Cross-Border Transfer

We strictly do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or biometric data to third parties. Data is only shared securely with logistics partners (delivery addresses) and cloud-compute partners for rendering.

Cross-Border Transfer Disclosure: To provide our AI generation services, your uploaded photographs are processed on secure, ephemeral servers managed by our AI partner (Replicate) located outside of India (specifically in the United States). By uploading your photo, you consent to this temporary international data processing.

4. Data Deletion Protocol

If you wish to have your account, order history, and all associated files immediately eradicated from our secure cold-storage backups, contact us directly at privacy@teenyme.in and we will execute a complete data purge within 7 business days in accordance with Indian IT laws.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use localized session cookies and standard analytics pixels to improve the performance of our application. You may opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
