1. No Refunds on Made-to-Order Items
Every teenyme is manufactured specifically for you from the photo and options you choose. Because it cannot be resold or restocked, all sales are final once production begins — we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or minor aesthetic preferences.
2. Cancellation Window
The one exception: you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet started. Once the 12-hour window passes, the model enters our 3D rendering and printing pipeline and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
3. Manufacturing Defects
Every teenyme is QA-checked before it ships, but a manufacturing defect — a misprint, a paint flaw, or a structural fault from our production — can rarely slip through. If yours has one, please log a free replacement request by emailing support@teenyme.in within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect and the outer packaging.
Upon verification, a free replacement will immediately enter our priority manufacturing queue. We do not require the item to be shipped back. If your parcel arrives damaged in transit (a courier mishap rather than a production fault), that isn't covered by this guarantee — but reach out under §5 and we'll do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
4. Aesthetic Expectations
Our AI generates hyper-realistic 3D preview models. Please note that exact physical color hues in the final SLS/Resin print may vary marginally (approx. 5-10%) from high-brightness mobile screen displays. We do not issue replacements or refunds for standard minor hue variances typical to 3D printing technology.
Likeness is a separate question from defects, and it's handled before we print: previews are free, and you approve the 3D model before production starts. Our revisions & remakes policy sets out how many changes you get, how a revision request is reviewed, and what we can't guarantee.
