What if the AI doesn't look like me?

Our AI is tuned for Indian faces and works best with a clear, well-lit selfie. Not happy with the preview? Regenerate for free (3 free previews a day, and rating a result 3 stars or less adds a bonus one). You only pay when you love it.

What if the figurine doesn't look right after I order?

Accepted Answer

You approve the 3D model before we print anything — and if it's off, you can request a revision with a note about what's wrong. A person reads every request and either regenerates the model or explains why that change isn't achievable. What kind of photos work best?

Accepted Answer

Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos with minimal background clutter give the most accurate results. Avoid heavy shadows and accessories like sunglasses that hide facial features. One good selfie is all you need.

Can I use an old photograph?

Yes, as long as the facial features are clearly visible. Our AI can work with older photos, though a high-resolution recent photo always gives the best likeness.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is used only to generate your teenyme — nothing else. It's processed securely, never sold or shared for marketing, and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of upload, in line with India's DPDP Act. Full details are in our privacy policy.

How long do you keep my teenyme?

Anything you've ordered is yours to keep — your teenyme stays in your collection, so you can reorder it, gift it, or have it remade if it ever arrives damaged. Free previews you never ordered are cleared after 30 days, and your original photo is always deleted within 30 days either way.

How big is the figurine?

Our standard figurine is 10 cm tall — about the size of a smartphone. We also offer 5 cm (keychain-sized) and 15 cm (display-sized) options. Each comes with a custom display base.

Can I gift this to someone?

Absolutely — just upload their photo. You can ship the figurine straight to their address with a personalised gift message. It's a perfect surprise for birthdays and anniversaries.

Can I use these for commercial projects?

Yes. Once you purchase the HD download or a physical product, you own the full commercial rights to that specific generated asset.

How long does it take?

Each figurine is made to order — we hand-finish it, then ship it free anywhere in India (usually 1–2 weeks door-to-door). Digital HD files are ready instantly after purchase.

What if my teenyme has a defect?

Every figurine is QA-checked before it ships, but if yours has a manufacturing defect — a misprint, paint flaw, or structural fault from our production — email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll fast-track a free replacement, no need to ship it back. (A courier mishap in transit isn't covered by the guarantee, but reach out and we'll do our best to sort it out.)

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Because every teenyme is made to order from your photo, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of ordering (before production starts). After that, if your item has a manufacturing defect, we replace it free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and all major wallets through Razorpay. Every payment is secure and encrypted.
